This is the second book that I've read by this author and it is book two of two. I immediately jumped into reading this book, so my reviews are back to back. Which is why I worded it a little funny. I highly recommend these books! Thank you blind date for hooking me up with another great author and books! Since I try my hardest, not to do spoilers, this will be a short review! This book picks up where the first book, Defending Jagger, left off. It is fast-paced, hold on to the edge of your seat, secrets are going to hit you, a who can you trust, emotional roller-coaster! So pick it up and be prepared not to move, until the ride is over!

Leaving the office, she was swiftly kidnapped and taken to her assailants’ hideaway, beaten, and raped. With no memory of whom she was put her at a disadvantage with her captors. Through gritted teeth, she promised a day of repercussions for their actions while mentally visualizing her revenge.
Warned by her assailants to keep her mouth shut or else, she was delivered to her home. Not recognizing her former living quarters, she was careful in exploring her options for regaining her memory.
Piecing together the reasons for her kidnapping brought her into contact with people, some she could trust and others risky. The problem was the amnesia prevented her from recognizing the difference.
Tapped for crime once nudged her toward caution for something afoul was going on at Birdman & Birdman. She prepared for a fight. With a vision of fury she made a chilling decision – never to be a victim again.
Sydney was working on a case for her law firm but was abducted and now doesn’t remember her life before that. This novel starts off with a bang and does not slow down. There are elements of mystery, suspense and what’s a book with out a little romance? Throw in murder and some shady characters and you have a first class read to enjoy by the fire with cocoa or the beach with a cool cocktail!!! I enjoyed Primed for revenge immensely and anticipate the next installment. 5 stars for this exciting novel!!!!
Former Army Captain, Frank Atherton, has left the dangerous life of a soldier behind. Retired from the military, he now works in a large nursing home facility, as assistant director. Things are pretty quiet, until the annoying blister of a man, Ralph Penwarren arrives, doing his best to break into his mother's apartment. Soon after his arrival, Frank meets the lovely new psychiatrist on staff, Marka Ventimiglia, who takes his breath away. Their relationship seems to be moving swiftly ahead, until Ralph Penwarren is seriously injured by a bad fall. If that weren't enough, Frank's office is trashed, his car vandalized, and a dead man is found in the ravine behind his house. Are the incidents related, or simply a series of alarming coincidences?

Follow the anecdote-driven story of a devoted couple who spent their childhood in the U.S. Southwest during the Great Depression, met and married during World War II, and together undertook a lifelong journey of adventure and service.
This book is beautifully written! The reader is able to get a deep and meaningful glimpse into the lives of this precious, God-honoring family, as they faithfully persevere through their struggles and triumphs. I love the intricate details and the whimsical anecdotes. Looking forward to the next book! (Amy B.)
Soulless and exiled from Heaven the Dark Knights have spent millennia protecting humanity from Lucifer and his demons. But the longer they live the closer they come to joining Lucifer’s ranks in Hell. Their only hope is to find their soul keepers, and love. After an attack by a demon left her injured and weak Amber Fitzpatrick welcomed the attention and caring of her rescuer Jacob—until he turned into an abusive monster. Each day brings him closer to Hell. For fifty years he’s walked the thin line between sanity and giving in to his dark urges. Urges that go against his calling as a healer and a teacher. Every battle drives him closer to the edge, feeds his inner demon and pushes him to find a permanent solution to death. When Zach meets Amber he sees a chance for salvation. But Amber’s experience with Jacob makes her afraid to start any kind of relationship with Zach, especially discovering he’s not that different then the man she walked away from. Can she set her fear aside and save Zach before she loses him to the darkness forever?
T W Knight has done it again! This book is every bit as good as the first two! It brings Zach and Amber together to help fight the devil and protect the rest of their "family". The devil is determined to pull another fallen angel into the darkness but has seriously underestimated their strength to resist! Will he finally win or will he be set back on his heels to lick his wounds again? I experienced every emotion while reading this book! I laughed at the characters and cried for them! I cursed and held my breathe!! I love TW Knight's style of writing and look forward to reading more from her!

She witnesses a horrific blast and is injured, and found by a handsome stranger.
Unfortunately, she doesn't know who or what she is. Will she figure it out, and will the cops find a way to help her before the bad guys find her?
Story of a young man's escape from Russian ruled Poland in 1913.
Grandfather fought for his freedom not unlike the slaves who fought for their in the south around the time of the civil war. Grandfather escaped from a communist regime in Russia and Poland to make a better life for himself and his family. The things this man had to endure during his escape from what sounds like a living hell makes me realize the pursuit of happiness of the human race. A place to live in peace, freedom, liberty and justice. The author of this book is his granddaughter a lovely person who carries on her grandfathers legacy in a beautiful and endearing way. Read this short excerpt of Grandfather's life. It is humbling to say the least. A feel good read.
In nineteen-thirteen, when Lucjen finds out that he will be drafted into the Russian military, and forced to fight his friends and neighbors for the Russian Czar. He and his friend Franciszek, join twenty other people in an harrowing escape to the Americas.
Ms. Drewa's short story of her grandfather's escape holds all the fear, terror, and hardship one would expect if they themself were living through it.
I hope that Ms. Drewa turns this suspense filled story into a novella. This brief glimpse into the times leaves one begging for more.
Kudos to Viv Drewa for taking on the telling of her grandfather's journey. A must read for both history buffs and those who love adventure, and suspense
Take one beautiful vindictive woman....she's 1 part bimbo and 2 parts lethal gangsta- gun moll.
